Voting has now closed, and it is a very close one. In fact, they don't get much closer than this.

After months of blogging, it came down to Hillbilly Mom who last year was runner up, and Cazzie, a new kind on the block to blogging, but someone who has proven she can throw a punch when needed.

So with out further typing, as I don't want to draw this out any longer, I can tell you there were 221 votes in total, and that one vote made the difference. So congratulations to the winner of Big Blogger for 2006.........................

Ladies and Gentlemen. After months of Cyberhouse action, it has come down to this, the final challenge. Our finalists are Hillbilly Mom of Hillbilly Mansion, and Cazzie of I Don't Do Mornings. With Big Blogger 2 coming down to having two fine ladies left in the house, there is only one option for the final challenge.

There is three sections to this challenge.

The Swimsuit section.
Find a photo online of what you think is the best swimsuit to show off your blogging persona and explain your reasons.

The Evening Wear section.
At the Big Blogger after party, what are you going to wear to make sure everyone notices you as you walk down the red carpet.

Tell us why you should get to wear the crown of Miss Bloggerverse, and the old standard of World Peace is not acceptable.

I have come up with a fantastic new invention, one that will change the world. It is called the Zigglefibster. But I can't remember what it does. Can anyone out there help me?

Ok, so last night I went out for coffee and cake after work, and by the time I got home to the Cyberhouse, I was just too tired to do the eviction.

So after a good nights' sleep, and having looked at the votes, it is time to say....

So Scottage has asked if there is a twist with the voting. As with all things Big Blogger, there is a twist.

Last night, someone broke into the Cyberhouse and undertook a crime. That person was Big Blogger. The crime? Well that is something for you all to work out.

You have until Wednesday to work out what it is I have done in the house. Your clues are;

It is a revenge crime.
It is a simple, but diabolical crime.
It is a crime that will have all of the Cyberhousemates pointing the finger of blame at each other.
This crime will get your day off to a bad start.

The first Cyberhousemate to work out what the crime is, will get a 20% increase on their overall votes. If someone who is not a Cyberhousemate works out what it is I have done, they get to nominate which Cyberhousemate gets a 10% increase in their total number of votes.

Each time somone leaves a comment, suggesting what it is I have done, I will leave another clue.

Big Blogger Task #10
This week, it is time to go back, way back for some. Back to the summer of your youth, the summer when it all began to change.
Thirteen's My Lucky Number!It's Going To Be A Teenage Summer.

Well, as you can see, it was the 80's and it was my 13th Birthday Party. My birthday is in December and so it is Summer here in the land Down Under. After school ended for the Summer break to begin my family and I went to Phillip Island for a holliday. Two and a half hours drive from Melbourne, Phillip Island is a great place to go in Summer. The main attraction was the Fairy Penguins, not termed that anymore as a minority of people think that it is a slight on their identity as a gayperson to call a penguin a fairy, oh well. Times a changin'....
We rented out a cabin as my mum hated to camp with tents and do any of that fun stuff like pee in the bush and wash clothes out of a tub or do the dishes in a tub..not the same tub as you washed in though..of course!!
We had great weather and I swam more than anyone in my family that holliday. I find it ironic to think it now, but my Ange would have been on the other side of the very Island I was on, camping on their block of land at Rhyll. Amazing I reckon...because at age 13 you are thinkin' of hitchin' up with and experimenting with other people in a grown up manner (no, I am not gunna say HAVE A BONK WITH...). Ange was the person I was thinking of !
The most exciting part of the holliday was when there was a fierce storm that erupted over the bay there and cold air clashed with hot to make an awesome display of lightening. The thunder was also tremendous. The roof of the cabin we hired began to lift off, so we went next door to the next cabin. There was a family with 2 children. One was my age, a boy. We sat together and chatted and looked out the window at the storm that was passing over the cabin park. It could have been something special if we wanted it to be..but he was a man's man..if you know what I mean! A what a waste in fact :)
Next morning we all set off to the beach and had a great time collecting shells and kicking about the sea weed that was brought ashore with the storm. Two days later the vacation was over, back to Melbourne we came. With New Years Eve coming up I couldn't wait...I was going to join Air Cadets that January. Mmmmm, nice boys to meet and fun to be had (including bush bivouacs and gliding and weapons training camps..not to mention fun times playing inter-flight sports). :)

IN the next year I went to my first Blue Light Disco..smokes were 3 bucks a packet and even if you weren't a smoker...it was oh-so-cool to beseen with a cigarette in your hand there at the Blue Light Disco. I got to see Darryl Cotton and Marty Monster who appeared as special hosts of the disco..and our famous Wilbur Wilde came along once also..playing his saxaphone like he was making love to it..which just rocked of course :) WHAM, CULTURE CLUB and MARILYN (Call on the telephone song) were the flavour of the time..not to mention the flourescent GO GO T-SHIRTS aswell. INXS were also a big band for us here of the Aussie talent.

So some of you want to see the great outdoors, well as I said in the nominations, I have been busy packing, because we are taking Big Blogger on the road. Instead of the Cyberhouse, we are going to have the Cyber Big Top, with all the fun of the circus.

As we all know, what circus would be complete with out Carni Folk and their dodgy sideshow attractions, and this is where you Cyberhousemates come into it.

Big Blogger has already arranged for the worlds only highwire elephant who juggles kittens, while jumping through a flaming wall of death, so that should do the crowds for a show opener. But we need a way to keep them there spending their money. So here is your task.

SIDESHOW SLYSHOW

Cyberhousemates have to design their own sideshow attraction, and popping balls into the mouths of head turning clowns has been done to death. We want attractions that will keep people spending their money.

To keep you all hyped up, each Cyberhousemate will be given double rations of Fairyfloss and Dagwood Dogs until the end of the week.

Would you all please welcome into the Cyberhouse, the first intruder, Dr.Evil, of A Crash Of Rhinos.

The second intruder, is not an intruder as such. In yet another twist of the game, when Redneck Diva left the Cyberhouse last week, she didn't go out the exit door. Instead, she was put into the Holding Room, and given the task by Big Blogger to make everyone think she was kicked out. Because she succeeded at this task, she is now back in the Cyberhouse. This week, is double up week. That means the Cyberhousemates have two tasks to do, and as you would have red by now, it is also a double eviction week. Some might call this a grab for ratings, but Big Blogger isn't interested in ratings, I just want you lot to work harder.

The double tasks are both tasks from last year. A bit of lighthearted fun.

Task A:
Letter Home.
Seeing as though you have all been inside the Cyberhouse for a while now, it is time to write a letter home to your loved ones. Remember back to your days on school camp, when saying anything bad about the camp would mean detention, so you had to be creative in hiding your disdain at the place, the people you were with, and just in life in general.

Task B:
Superhero!
Each Cyberhousemate has to reinvent themself into a Superhero. Yes it is time to wear your underpants on the outside, and prove that capes are fashionable. Name yourself, let us know what your super powers are, and your crime fighting motto.
As we all know, every Superhero needs a sidekick, so pick someone else from the Cyberhouse to be your ward, and explain how they help you in your fight against evil.

For those of you who have scrolled down the page, this is your task for this week. For those of you who didn't scroll down, you are up for eviction next week.

This task, you have to write an ode to something you love. It can be anything at all, but it has to be creative, and really show off your feelings towards the subject. Oh, and just so you all know, this week it is ok if two cyberhousemates task about the same thing.

Oh how I love thy ways,
You warm my heart to the setting of your thermostat,
Glowing in the early morning, happily browning my muffins,
Crispy, crunchy, carbohydrates, oh you are so magical.
That was until the other day, when you decided to leave me.
Why O why did you leave in clap of thunder, and a flash of blue light?
Half way through cooking my wholemeal country loaf slices.
Did you despise me for only loving you for three minutes of the day,
and even then, only on two days of the week?
Sure your white edges had become diminished over time,

Well it seems one Cyberhousemate doesn't want to play. Well if you don't play you will be out of the house. Speaking of the house, here is your challenge for this week. Given the amount of work required for this one, I am giving you all an extra day. Don't forget that from next Friday, nominations start.

Big Blogger Task #2
In Da House!

This week, now that you are all in the house, it is time to get In Da House! You must create your own posse, give it a name, and a rhyming meaning for the name. Then from your blog roll, you have to pick two bloggers to be your offsiders, and explain why they are cool to run with you. Your posse can not be made up of other Big Blogger contestants, and no one in the Cyberhouse can have the same people in their posse as another Big Blogger member.
Once again, Big Blogger will be kind, and give you all an example. Also to help you along your way, Big Blogger suggests you visit somewhere like this, in case you are graphically challenged

Yo Yo, Check it out! You all on the turf of Asparagus. We're Green, we're mean, and we taste better clean. On salads on our own, be careful when we are near, or you might get an Asparagus spear.

Yeah, you know what I mean. Running with me in the coolest way, is my posse, yeah. On the left is Mikey, on his Bikey, take a hike-y when he is around. He is da man, with da plan. Random Concoction, The BIG things, the SMALL things, the BIKE things. You know it all rings.
On the right is my man well known to you all. He won last years Big Blogger, and that ain't no small, feat. The Huggies Files, will make you smiles. His train network can take you for miles. He gets down with the Servo at night, and he knows how to treat his woman just right. Yo, yeah!

Big Blogger Task #1

OK, Cyberhousemates, this is the way it works. Big Blogger makes up the rules as we go, and this is the first one.
The house is now officially open for business. I know it is early, but that's how these things go.
Because the house is now open, it is time to set your first challenge, which needs to be completed by next Friday.

"Let's Go Shopping"

Obviously when you move into the house, it is empty, and supplies are needed, but so we don't breach any copyright deals, we have to invent our own brands. What is needed is a Brand Name, a Reason you think the house needs this product, and a Catchy Grab Line, to promote your product.
No two people in the house can have the same item, so if someone has already listed their item, and yours is the same, then you have to change you idea.
Here is an example for you all.

The item I am putting into the house is Sump Cola.

Made from the finest engine oil Beclakia has to offer, Sump Cola contains all the vitamins and minerals that can be found from the 14 times more sugar in Sump Cola, as opposed to other leading brands.
If you are looking for refreshment, Sump Cola. "Keep your engine running, SUMP COLA"

The reason I am putting Sump Cola into the cyberhouse is we need something to drink. Because we are still waiting for the plumber to connect the water supply (He said he would be here next Tuesday), not only can Sump Cola meet our drinking requirements, it can also be used to dig the trenches needed to put the water connection through, all we have to do is pour it onto the ground, it will even cut through steel.

So here is how Big Blogger works.

Entries are posted onto your own blog, with a "Big Blogger Task #" heading.
Each Friday, a new task will appear. You have until the next Friday to complete the task.
No one will be voted out of the Cyberhouse for the first two weeks.
On Mondays, nominations for who is up for eviction will be posted, the lucky person will be voted out the following Friday.
So as an Example: This Friday, first task. Next Friday, second task. The following Monday, first nominations. The following Friday, first eviction and third task. Following Monday, second nominations.

Hopefully everyone can understand that.
Now there will be dirty tricks played along the way too, so be prepared,
Oh, and another thing to note, While Rachy is off enjoying her stay in hospital, she has immunity, and can not be nominated, or voted out of the house.
If you have been voted out of the house, it is possible to get back into the house, but that is a secret as to how to do it. Crack the code, and you can get back in. As a hint, there is no need to put a UV light onto the Mona Lisa.
There is a prize at the end, which may be worth playing for. Details will be revealed when we are down to the final two entries.

Each person who enters into the Cyberhouse, will be given access to this blog, to type postings, and to participate in the fun and games Big Blogger sets.
